Quilts, crowns, and capes went unfinished, but a birthday banner was unfurled, pizza was made, rhubarb cake and strawberries were eaten, and fun was had. All in all, I'd say we pulled it together for Two. More celebration this weekend!
Nah - we shared a birthday banner! Although, I still have to laugh because the whole time Oliver called it "Mama's Napkins". Then we left it inside when we went outside to eat... and all the diapers on the line formed another kind of banner.
Our shared birthday weekend was great. Horses, bikes, beaches, apples, and family. It was really full and really fun.
